You want that dress but you don't know if it will fit you? I understand that buying clothes online can be tricky.
If you purchase an item and it just doesn't fit you, you can exchange it or get a refund as long as it is posted back within a week of receiving it, and the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. I can not exchange items that have been worn or washed. If you need to send something back contact me so that I know it is coming and I will then be able to help you out once the item is received and inspected.
Because I am a one woman business I can't cover postage on exchanges or refunds.
If an item has any form of damage upon arrival, I am able to exchange this as long as it is returned within a week in the same condition it was received, with postage paid by you. Because of the small runs I may not be able to exchange for the same item in a different size but you would then be able to choose something else or get a refund minus postage.
Vintage fabrics often have print errors in their design. I do not exchange or refund due to print errors.
As much as I try to make sure all items are in pristine condition I may miss certain details. I take care to not use any fabric that has spots, thinning or rust but from time to time this is unavoidable. Vintage and reclaimed fabrics often do have minor flaws. These simply add to the uniqueness of the garment and I will not refund based on these. Overall fading is also quite common as reclaimed fabrics have had a life before this one. Details will be given in the item description, if in doubt ask for more photos or ask any question you might have.
